Solution 03 · Trade Facilitation
A single gateway to submit to all government agencies at once.
By unifying inter-agency data, we fundamentally reduce the time and cost of trade.

Overview
A single trade transaction must pass through multiple government agencies (OGAs) — Customs, Food & Drug Authority, Quarantine, Environment, and more. Single Window consolidates all of this into one gateway — eliminating separate forms, repeated entries, and in-person visits.
Compliant with international standards (WCO, UN, WTO) and architected to extend toward future Global Single Window integration with neighboring nations. Originally launched as a core module of UNI-PASS, now also delivered as a standalone solution.
Methodology
More than connecting systems — we redesign forms and data fields themselves to eliminate redundancy at the source.
STEP 01
A full audit of each agency's (OGA) regulations, documents, and data fields — identifying which fields are common and which are agency-specific.
STEP 02
Redundant and unnecessary data fields are removed or merged — fundamentally reducing what the applicant must enter.
STEP 03
A unified electronic document (eDocument) is generated to international standards. Data entered once is reused across every relevant agency.

System Architecture
From applicant channels to international standards foundation, six layers operate under a single entry point.
Filled green = Single Window Engine — the single gateway every submission passes through.
Process Flow
From single entry to cargo release — a 7-step automated flow.
Applicant enters information in a single form. Common fields auto-filled.
System instantly checks format, required fields, and legal compliance.
Only the relevant data is auto-routed to each OGA (Customs, FDA, Quarantine, etc.).
Each agency reviews simultaneously — 80% faster than serial processing.
All agency decisions returned to the applicant as one consolidated response.
Duties, fees, and permit costs all settled on one payment screen.
Cargo released immediately upon completion. Real-time tracking available.
