Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 May 2026
This policy describes how the Customs UNI-PASS International Agency ("CUPIA", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal information through our website (cupia.pages.dev) and related services. CUPIA is a public foundation established in 2006 and designated by the Korea Customs Service.
1. What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, country / organization, project type, and your message.
- Meeting bookings (Calendly): name, email address, and any information you choose to share during the scheduling flow.
- Anonymous usage analytics: aggregated page views and visit counts, with no individual tracking, cookies, or persistent identifiers.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as identification numbers, financial account details, or login credentials.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and consultation requests.
- To schedule and conduct project meetings.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site at an aggregate level.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
The site uses the following external services to operate. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.
| Service | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Contact form delivery | Form field values |
| Calendly | Meeting scheduling | Name, email, scheduling preferences |
| Sanity | News content delivery (read-only) | None (visitor side) |
| Cloudflare | Hosting & privacy-preserving analytics | Aggregated, non-personal |
4. Cookies
The CUPIA site itself does not set tracking cookies. The Calendly meeting widget, when opened, may set cookies necessary for the booking flow on Calendly's domain. You can decline these without losing access to the rest of the site.
5. Data retention
Form submissions and meeting records are retained for the duration necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communication, typically not more than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing project relationship.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Correction of inaccurate information;
- Deletion of your information (subject to applicable retention obligations);
- Withdrawal of consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@unipass.or.kr.
